What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind. We can call it ‘guided meditation’. We can experience hypnosis or trance state in normal day to day activities. It  allows us to mitigate our critical thinking & make us highly responsive to suggestions . During hypnosis a client can access suppressed emotions & memories that might be serving as blocks in the present time.

Hypnotherapy is a very powerful tool that allows people to tap into the storehouse of information that lies in their subconscious mind & make positive changes to their lives. The changes made during a hypnotherapy session are more long lasting & permanent as they are made by client’s freewill. During hypnosis ,when the client is in trance state ,which is a highly suggestible state, the client can make changes to old programmes , thought processes or way of thinking that no longer serves them. Hypnotherapy is nonintrusive in a way that the client will only divulge information that they are comfortable sharing. The client also has the power to not accept any suggestions that go against their core values.
