Frequently Asked Questions

You Ask - I Answer

Trance is a natural state of mind. It is a mental state before sleep & can be induced through hypnosis or being engaged in dull & repetitive experiences. While in trance a person is detached from one’s physical surroundings.

Since all hypnosis is self hypnosis ,most people are completely aware & tend to remember everything while in trance.

Many people have fear & phobias due to traumatic experiences. Often times people also develop the same fears as their parents . Most of these fears & phobias are buried deep inside & can interfere with a person’s ability to lead a normal life.

While in hypnosis the person can access these repressed or remembered memories & with the help of the hypnotherapist , get rid of the negative associations with these memories & replace them with positive ones.

In an interactive hypnotherapy session the root cause of the problem is tackled & the client is in charge to create positive perception of the events by finding the resources with in their subconscious mind. Right from going into the trance state to making the changes are subject to the client’s freewill hence, the change is permanent & more long lasting.

Hypnosis is not dangerous as the client is always in control & can come out of a hypnotic trance whenever they want.
